Dear Friends,

As Senior Pastor of Carriage Lane it is a pleasure to welcome you to this website and to our church. God is doing some incredible things in our lives as He transforms us by His grace. I have been at Carriage Lane since 1990 and I have watched Him continue to grow this body into a caring family committed to know Christ and make Him known.

As we enter the 2012 New Year we are just beginning a study through the whole gospel of Luke called That You May Be Certain. I'm excited to embark on this adventure with you and to get to know the real Jesus through Luke's thorough historical investigation from eyewitness accounts of Christ's life and work. Luke wrote this gospel under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit in order that seekers and believers would become more convinced of what they had been taught about Jesus. I can't think of a better way to deal with the struggles, fears, and trials of life than by getting to know Jesus better through an expositional study of this gospel.

I've chosen an excellent companion study book for you to use as we plumb the depths of Luke together. You can use it as a tool for further study and to follow along with the sermons. It's called A Walk With God by popular author and speaker Dr. R.C. Sproul of Ligioner Ministries and Senior Minister of Saint Andrew's Chapel in Sanford, Florida.
